Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic / Team Leader to join our team at NCS Motorwerkz. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, along with leadership skills to guide a team of mechanics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, improving team efficiency.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor job progress.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair solutions.
• Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission, braking, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
• Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
