Real Estate Marketing Assistant (PA)

We are looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to support a high-performing real estate professional. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in marketing content creation, property research, client coordination, and vendor management. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing, Branding & Content Creation

• Assist in developing and managing social media content (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to create branding and marketing materials for the real estate entities.

• Support in designing property flyers, EDMs, and brochures to enhance outreach.

• Craft compelling listing descriptions and ad copy to attract potential buyers and tenants.

• Contribute to the execution of paid advertising campaigns and engagement strategies.

Property Research, Shortlisting & Staging

• Conduct market research and shortlist properties that align with client requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule property viewings.

• Collate pricing and demand trends in different districts.

• Assist in staging properties to enhance their presentation for viewings and marketing.

Client, Vendor & Administrative Support

• Assist in appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.

• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing and branding projects.

• Prepare and organise essential documentation.

• Gather and collate data and information for real estate related projects.

• Accompany the realtor to property viewings (optional) and assist with on-site coordination.

Requirements:

Experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative support preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with real estate portals (e.g., PropertyGuru, 99.co) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work on weekends and adapt to flexible hours when required. Possess a driver’s licence.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
