Pre-School Lead Teacher

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines and framework of the Centre.
• Coordinating with administration and principal to create educational plans for the students.
• Implement and customized lessons for each child.
• Execute teaching, learning, and nurturing activities suitable for children's development, in line with applicable curriculum guidelines.
• Using information from observations to help other teachers grow by noting ineffective areas and sharing alternative methods that are more successful.
• Monitor and document accurately each child’s progress and development.
• Tracking the academic performance of students for signs of progress.
• Adhere to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
• Assist in the planning and implementing of major events and celebrations.
