Brand & Marketing Manager

Primary Purpose:
To build, promote, and protect the dance club’s brand while driving consistent footfall and revenue through strategic marketing and brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Define the club’s brand identity, tone, visual style, and core values.
  • Ensure all touchpoints (digital, print, venue decor, events) align with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms.

2. Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Create promotional content for themed nights, special events, and new launches.
  • Oversee email campaigns, SMS blasts, and promotional offers.

3. Social Media & Content

  • Manage all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.).
  • Create a monthly content calendar showcasing DJs, events, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and drive conversation.

4. Event Promotion

  • Work closely with the events team to market weekly and special events.
  • Coordinate with performers/DJs for pre-event promotion (collaborative posts, shoutouts).
  • Leverage influencers and nightlife personalities to drive hype.

5. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan and manage paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Track and optimize marketing spend and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to measure campaign success and tweak strategies.

6. Public Relations

  • Build relationships with media outlets, nightlife blogs, and event listings.
  • Coordinate press releases and media coverage for big events or launches.
  • Handle crisis communication if needed (e.g. negative PR or social backlash).

7. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Partner with alcohol brands, fashion labels, and other lifestyle entities for co-branded events.
  • Manage barter deals, sponsor activations, and brand tie-ups.

8. Customer Experience Feedback

  • Monitor online reviews and customer sentiment on social media, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.
  • Use feedback to suggest improvements in marketing, events, or service.
