Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications
• Conduct detailed patient consultations to educate and advise on treatment options, expected results, and care protocols
• Monitor and review patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure high standards of care and safety
• Manage patient enquiries effectively, providing clear information about treatment courses and addressing concerns to enhance patient satisfaction
• Train and mentor clinical staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care standards to maintain consistent service quality
• Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance excellence and patient-centered care
• Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience throughout all clinical interactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD, or equivalent
• Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
• Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
