Job Summary

Support event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, managing on-site operations, and tracking event outcomes to ensure smooth and successful events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning event logistics, coordinating vendors, and completing administrative tasks to prepare for events
  • Set up venues and manage event materials to ensure readiness and smooth operations on event days
  • Organize on-site activities by managing crowd flow and delivering direct support to attendees and clients for a positive experience
  • Track event performance metrics, maintain accurate event records, and provide follow-up assistance to attendees after events

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly with different teams to coordinate event activities effectively
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required during event periods to support event execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple event tasks and details efficiently

Working Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday, with required weekend work during event periods
  • Rest Days: To ensure a 5-day work week, any weekend days worked will be offset with rest days during the following week
  1. Hours:
  • Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekends: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (during event periods)
