Project Management Officer (Bank) (JT)

1. Manage plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones to keep delivery on track.

2. Identify process gaps, gather requirements, and create/refine user stories.

3. Work with regional owners and AI teams to map current/future processes and embed solutions into BAU.

4. Partner with Regional/Tech teams on solution design/deployment and provide Operations inputs.

5. Prepare test datasets for POCs and monitor performance/accuracy.

6. Ensure adherence to standards and governance, partnering with Risk/Compliance as required.

7. Support training and communications on delivered solutions for Operations users.
