Senior Construction Broker – P&C Insurance

We are partnering with a well-established brokingfirm to identify an experienced Construction Broker to join their growing team.

This role will focus on managing a portfolioof Construction clients across Property & Casualty lines, with strongemphasis on renewals, account servicing, and relationship management.

This is an excellent opportunity forcandidates who enjoy client engagement, portfolio management, and workingclosely with insurers and stakeholders within the Construction insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio ofConstruction P&C accounts across renewals and ongoing account management
• Handle day-to-day client servicing, policyadministration, and renewal negotiations
• Work closely with insurers to obtaincompetitive terms, coverage, and pricing for clients
• Provide insurance advisory and technicalsupport on Construction-related risks and policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely preparation of renewal reports,placement slips, and policy documentation
• Support claims discussions and coordinatewith relevant parties when required
• Maintain high service standards and ensurecompliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience withinInsurance or Insurance Broking environment
• Strong exposure to P&C Constructioninsurance business
• Excellent communication skills with strongcommand of English, both written and spoken
