- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions based on project drawings and technical specifications
Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), costing summaries, technical proposals, and related tender documentation
Compile costing for ELV, BMS, and related systems implementation works
Coordinate with internal project and technical teams, as well as external vendors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
Support tender submission activities and ensure submissions are completed within timeline
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to support cost-effective project solutions
Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and solution vendors
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards
Support updating of company marketing materials and website content when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Relevant experience in QS for Electrical & ELV systems
