Normal Working Hours (Mon to Fri) (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for tender projects
Review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements
Perform quantity take-off and costing for BMS / ACMV systems
Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submissions
Support Proposal / Sales Manager on technical and costing matters
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors during tender preparation
Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within timeline
Prepare related documentation and reports as required
Requirements:
Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in ACMV / BMS in building sector preferred
Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience
