Location: Benoi
Working Hours & Days: 7.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) - Alternate Saturdays if required
Salary: $4000 to $5500

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and procure materials from both local and international suppliers to meet organizational needs

• Achieve the most competitive pricing through strategic negotiation with vendors

• Establish favorable contractual terms to maximize value and minimize risk for the company

• Oversee and track the timely and accurate delivery of purchased equipment and materials

• Ensure all procured items comply with required specifications and maintain high-quality standards

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in relevant studies

• 2-year experience in purchasing or procurement related capacity

• Proficiency in using SAP for generating Purchase Orders

• Familiarity with both local and global sources for materials and equipment

• Understanding of market pricing trends for materials and equipment

• Ability to negotiate prices and terms effectively

• Experience with commercial documents such as Letters of Credit (L.C.), Bank Guarantees (BGs)
