Office Administrator (Front Desk)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and reception operations, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all visitors and guests, by upholding confidentiality & service excellence in all interactions while maintaining a positive corporate image.
  • Coordinate and facilitate VIP visits, including meeting room arrangements, visitor registration, security clearance, and logistic arrangement.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries promptly and professionally, including administration of letters and packages.
  • Support administration of office supplies and badge printing.
  • Track visitors' data and submit reports as needed.
  • Support event coordination, administrative duties, and office operations as required, in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as front desk administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Candidates with no experience welcome.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
