Office Administrator (Front Desk)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception operations, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all visitors and guests, by upholding confidentiality & service excellence in all interactions while maintaining a positive corporate image.
- Coordinate and facilitate VIP visits, including meeting room arrangements, visitor registration, security clearance, and logistic arrangement.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries promptly and professionally, including administration of letters and packages.
- Support administration of office supplies and badge printing.
- Track visitors' data and submit reports as needed.
- Support event coordination, administrative duties, and office operations as required, in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Candidates with no experience welcome.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
