LOGISTICS/PRODUCTION PLANNER

Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations – inbound, outbound, and internal transfers.

Monitor shipment status and proactively solve delays, damages, or customs holds.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Prepare and verify logistics documents for accuracy before submission.

Liaise with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align delivery schedules.

Get quotations and manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and transporters.

Track logistics costs and look for ways to reduce freight/warehouse spend.Handle claims for lost/damaged goods with insurers or carriers.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations like GST, customs, HS code declaration.
