Job Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments and basic beauty services according to company standards
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages to customers
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional service
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained
- Assist with appointment scheduling and daily outlet operations
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive learning attitude
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
