Marketing Representative

-Responsible for managing all agents, sales, part-time sales

-Responsible for organizing activities, events for protential customers

-Responsible for developing online/offline courses market for students in Singapore and China

-Promoting our courses on different platforms like WeChat, Little Red book, etc

-Providing quality customer service, including interacting with potential customers via email, live-chat, over the phone and face to face

-Providing consulting service for potential customers, explaining our course information.

-Documentation of issues as well as following up and arrangement of post-sales servicing
