Job description
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and genuine smile
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide recommendations and answer customer queries about the menu
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Clear tables, reset seating areas, and manage table turnover during peak hours
- Support the team with opening, closing, and shift change duties
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
