Job Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements for customers.
Handle customer enquiries on rates, schedules, equipment availability and service offerings.
Coordinate bookings and space arrangements based on customer requirements.
Support Sales Managers in rate negotiation and contract administration.
Liaise with internal departments including operations, equipment control, documentation and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
Track bookings and update customers on shipment status in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer records, rate filing and service agreements.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Assist to resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Support new account development by following up on sales leads with the Sales team.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales support reports, including quotations, bookings and customer performance.
Monitor KPIs such as quotation turnaround time, booking accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Experience in sales support, customer service or shipping coordination will be advantageous.
Knowledge of shipping documentation, booking process and rate structures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with shipping systems such as CargoWise, INTTRA or related systems will be an advantage.
