Project Manager - Ops & Maintenance (Jurong Island)

Strong knowledge of construction project management, particularly in industrial, infrastructure, utility, LNG, and energy-related developments.

• Experience managing CHP (Combined Heat & Power), LNG, district cooling, utility plants, or large-scale M&E projects is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards, authority submission processes, and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of:Civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsBuilding services and utility infrastructureConstruction sequencing and site coordinationCommissioning and handover processes
• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory bodies and approval processes including:Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Energy Market Authority (EMA), National Environment Agency (NEA), Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council), SCDF, PUB, and relevant utility agencies
• Ability to manage EPC contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
