Admin Accounts Assistant (Bukit Batok)

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable and handling petty cash

  • Bank reconciliations and assist on GST submission

  • Liaise with auditors for Annual Financial Statement

  • Leave and other HR related issues

  • Administrative duties and ad-hoc issues as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field.

  • At least 2 years of Accounting Experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

  • Experience in MYOB / ABSS will be an advantage.

Additional info:

  • Mon-Fri and Alternate Saturdays till 1pm

  • Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
