Location: Singapore / Malaysia

We are looking for a driven and experienced SMT Sales Executive to join a fast-growing team in the electronics manufacturing and automation industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, client management, and technical sales in a dynamic international environment.

Compensation Package

• Competitive monthly salary: SGD 4,000 – 5,000
(based on experience and capability)

• Performance-based sales commission / bonus may be offered

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Asia market
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Promote SMT / automation equipment and solutions
• Handle full sales cycle: lead generation, quotation, negotiation, closing
• Work closely with technical teams to support customer requirements
• Manage distributors / agents to expand market reach

Requirements

• 4–5 years of sales experience preferred
• Industry background in one or more of the following:

• SMT
• Semiconductor
• Automation
• Electronics Manufacturing

• Strong ability in business development and client acquisition
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Independent, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in B2B / capital equipment sales is an advantage
