A 360 degrees Recruitment Consultant is expected to achieve sales target, process placement procedures, handle related after-sales services, and 100% compliances to MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to source and place domestic helpers accurately and efficiently
  • Acquire and document detailed client information and helper requirements to ensure precise matching
  • Source domestic helpers through local and international networks to expand candidate pool inclusively
  • Upload helper profiles to company and partner websites such as Bestmaid and Netmaid to increase visibility
  • Screen resumes and match candidates to client requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct pre-interviews with potential helpers and coordinate effective interviews with clients
  • Process applications, documentation, and logistics to ensure smooth placement operations
  • Collect placement fees in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct handover and briefing sessions to prepare helpers and clients for successful placements
  • Perform post-placement checks and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients
  • Commit to and take full responsibility for achieving individual KPIs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possession of CEI Basic All license is mandatory for compliance with regulatory requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working with Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) to enhance candidate understanding
  • Resourcefulness with local and overseas networks to support sourcing efforts
  • Demonstrated responsibility, organization, and self-discipline to manage recruitment tasks effectively
  • Passionate and committed attitude to drive recruitment success
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach to meet placement goals
  • Patience in client interactions to foster positive relationships

Other Information

  • Work schedule: 6 days per week
  • Average monthly income ranges from $6,500 to $13,000
