We’re expanding at Changi Airport! As Asia's leading retailer and distributor of premier chocolate and confectionery brands, The Cocoa Trees (Focus Network Agencies Group) is opening new outlets at various terminals.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
• Assist customers in selecting chocolates and confectionery
• Handle cashiering duties and manage transactions
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC (or equivalent)
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Able to commit for at least 3 consecutive months
• Available minimum 3 fixed days per week, including 1 weekend day

Working Hours (Shift-Based)

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Subject to availability)
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Transport provided for 6:00 AM and 1:00 AM shifts

Remuneration

• $12.50/hour
• +10% Perfect Attendance Bonus
