Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, onboarding, and compliance teams to facilitate smooth account onboarding, KYC/CDD, and AML processes within required timelines.
  • Provide timely support for day-to-day client enquiries and servicing needs.
  • Support Relationship Managers in new business initiatives, including account opening documentation, credit proposal preparation, presentation materials, and credit process coordination.
  • Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and business visits alongside Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor customer accounts and lending portfolios, ensuring timely periodic reviews, covenant monitoring, and post-approval compliance.
  • Assist in preparing waiver requests for policy or covenant deviations where required.
  • Conduct regular portfolio and credit reviews to maintain portfolio quality and identify business opportunities.
  • Support transaction monitoring activities and liaise with clients for supporting documents and information requests.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance checklists are completed and maintained in line with bank policies and regulatory standards.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
  • Working knowledge of AML/KYC/CDD processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic credit assessment and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
