Parata Master and south/North Indian dishes cook

Position: Indian Cuisine Cook (Parotta/Dosa/South Indian Specialties)
Location: Harsi Indian Food, 936 East Coast Road, Singapore 459129 (Food stall number 3 )
Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,500 (Based on Experience)
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- 12-hour split shift (includes break)
- Weekly off: Tuesday or Thursday (only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare all varieties of Parotta and Dosa (Indian style)
- Cook Mee Goreng, South Indian, and North Indian dishes as required
- Take charge of South/North Indian section during other cook's weekly off
- Assist the head chef during non-peak hours
- Handle sales and customer orders during non-peak hours if needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Indian-style Parotta making
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing South Indian dishes
- Proficiency in Mee Goreng and other Indian dishes is a plus
- Must be willing to work split shifts and weekends
- Team player with the ability to handle kitchen responsibilities independently when needed
Additional Information:
- Food Safety Certification is mandatory (Refresher course will be sponsored for valid certificate holders)
- Performance Bonus applicable after completing 1 year of service
