Senior Cook for Indian Restuarant (Both North Indian and Andhra style dishes)

HARSI INDIAN FOOD CATERERS PRIVATE LIMITED

1. To assist chief cook in preparing both south and north indian dishes

2. During chift cook's weekly off, need to take care of full ownership for day to day operations

3. Maintain inventory and stocks

4. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory

5. Cleanliness is critical so expectation is very high (Must have attitude)

6. 10-12 hours Shift is required (8:30 AM to 3:30 AM, 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM)

7. Weekly off will be on Monday or Tuesday only
