Looking to gain exposure in residential property and leasing operations? This role offers hands-on experience in tenancy administration, site coordination, and property management support within a structured environment.

Nearest MRT: Toa Payoh (Central)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $20.80 - $26.80 per hour
Duration: 9-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stakeholder appeals and non-appeals, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution in line with service standards
  • Provide service recovery support to address service quality issues effectively and professionally
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to support case management and service delivery
  • Contribute to service quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Prepare regular reports with analysis, updates, and recommendations for management review
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree holder
  • Interest in environmental public health or public service operations is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and remain composed under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prepare basic reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience or familiarity with data analysis or visualisation tools (e.g. QlikSense) is an advantage
