TCM Therapist

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented TCM Therapist / Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in Singapore.

The candidate will be responsible for providing professional therapeutic massage and wellness treatments to customers, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a comfortable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional body massage and wellness therapy services
• Perform TCM-related therapeutic treatments based on customer needs
• Recommend suitable wellness treatments and packages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards
• Assist with daily outlet operations when required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in massage therapy, wellness, or TCM-related services
• Ability to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers preferred
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
