Catering Operations Executive

· Assist in end-to-end catering operations, from setup to teardown

· Support logistics planning for multi-site deliveries and events

· Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance

· Coordinate manpower deployment and shift planning across functions

· Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement

· Analyze operational data to support decision-making and cost control

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

· Participate in leadership training and strategic planning workshops
