Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work progress, safety compliance, and coordination between site teams and project stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and site arrangements.
• Attend site meetings and support project coordination.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare site reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in wastewater treatment or industrial projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Good safety awareness and site management capability.
• Able to work under pressure and handle site challenges.
• CSCPM certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 1 year upon joining).
• Able to converse in Mandarin to speak with Mandarin speaking associates.
