Project Engineer

1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress
   
2. Coordinate and supervise site installation works, including sprinkler systems, fire hose reels, fire alarm systems, fire pumps, and related fire protection equipment.
   
3. Review project drawings, specifications, and work schedules to ensure site works are carried out according to requirements.
   
4. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project matters.
   
5. Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections when required.
   
6. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress at site.
   
7. Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and relevant authority regulations.
   
8. Assist the Project Manager on preparing and submitting progress reports, site documents, method statements, risk assessments, and other project-related documentation.
   
9. Follow up on site issues, defects, variation works, and rectification matters.
   
10. Support project handover, final inspection, and close-out documentation.
    
11. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Project Manager.
    

Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies preferrably
