Responsibilities
Provide high-quality after-sales support to customers by addressing inquiries and meeting their needs.
Utilize an in-house system to manage and update booking appointments for servicing and repairs.
Process job orders and facilitate effective communication between customers and the workshop.
Respond promptly to customer requests and direct them to the appropriate resources while following up on interactions.
Maintain records of security passes for the collection of serviced vehicles.
Handle cashiering duties and maintain accurate records of daily payments received.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum of GCE 'O' Level certification.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in MS Office with a keen attention to detail and numbers.
A commitment to achieving customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving abilities.
