Architectural Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in design, design development & tender documentation
- Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
- Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients
- Coordinating and liaising with the various consultants and project team
- Assist in administering contracts and on site supervision
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
Job Requirements:
- Have flair in design
- Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture
- Graduated with a recognized Diploma, Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and have motivated personality
- Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage
