Manage daily operations of the wellness and beauty centre• Lead and supervise therapists and staff members• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction• Handle appointment scheduling and customer enquiries• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards• Provide staff training and motivation• Manage inventory, products, and outlet operations

Requirements:• Experience in beauty, wellness, or spa industry• Good leadership and communication skills• Able to manage sales targets and customer relationships• Responsible, positive attitude, and team player• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage
