Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on F&B operations professional to support the company’s operational management, business development, and future expansion plans.

The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations while supporting the development of scalable operational systems, workflow optimisation, supplier coordination, and business growth initiatives as the company expands its presence in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily F&B business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, food quality consistency, and customer satisfaction.

• Support the development and implementation of operational SOPs, workflow structures, inventory systems, procurement coordination, and manpower planning processes.

• Manage restaurant operational performance, including staffing coordination, scheduling, cost control, supplier management, and service standards.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operational execution and high-quality dining experiences.

• Support budgeting, operational cost management, profitability analysis, and resource planning initiatives.

• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, operational stability, and long-term business scalability.

• Coordinate supplier sourcing, procurement discussions, inventory management, and logistics arrangements.

• Support business development initiatives, branding efforts, commercial planning, and future outlet expansion projects.

• Conduct market research, operational assessments, and business coordination activities where required.

• Work closely with company management on growth planning, operational improvements, and expansion-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant management, business operations, or related hospitality management roles.

• Prior experience in multi-outlet operations, business expansion, startup-stage F&B businesses, or operational scaling is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, kitchen coordination, food quality management, procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and inventory management.

• Experience in workflow optimisation, SOP development, manpower planning, and operational structuring is advantageous.

• Strong operational leadership and hands-on execution capability in fast-paced working environments.

• Experience in business development, supplier negotiations, commercial coordination, or expansion planning is preferred.

• Ability to independently manage operational responsibilities and support long-term business growth initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
