Sports Coach & Operations

Performance pickleball is a multi-brand sports, lifestyle and wellness organisation. Our coaches are known for being energetic, engaging, and delivering world-class experiences every single session. We are now growing our coaching team across tennis, pickleball, and padel.

Role: Sports Coach & Operations (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

Coach group classes, private lessons, and corporate programs (tennis, pickleball, or padel)
Deliver high-quality, structured, fun, and engaging sessions
Assist with program development, training curriculum, and events
Assist with operational tasks as per business needs
Provide clear guidance and mentorship to students of all ages and levels
Uphold Umeus Group coaching standards and culture
Represent our brand on-court with professionalism, positivity, and leadership
Support community events, pop-ups, and club initiatives

Who We’re Looking For :
Former competitive athlete AND/OR experienced/certified coach
Strong technical foundation in at least one racquet sport
Energetic, friendly, reliable, and great with people
Able to deliver engaging, structured, and safe coaching sessions
Passionate about continuous learning and development
Team-player with a positive attitude
Comfortable communicating in English
Bonus: Certified under PPR, PTR, ITF, GPTCA, Padel Federation, etc.
