Main Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase machineries, goods as percompany needs
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries and settlement.
• Work with Inventory, finance & operations to align purchasing with business needs
• Assist in tracking sales transactions and monitoring cash flow to support smooth financial operations
• Keep accurate records of contracts, POs, and vendor info
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and spot cost-saving opportunities
• Stay updated on compliance requirements

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Willingness to work closely with the team and strong team spirit
• Analytical, organized, and able to handle daily procurement tasks efficiently
• 2+ years in procurement/supply chain
• Strong negotiator with solid contract management skills
• Good with people, details, and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office
