Lead Investigation Officer(Airside)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Investigation Officers in day-to-day operations
• Conduct and oversee investigations relating to airside operational matters and regulatory compliance
• Conduct interviews and obtain statements from witnesses and relevant parties
• Gather, assess and preserve evidence and supporting information
• Review findings and provide recommendations
• Prepare and review investigation reports and case files
• Support legal proceedings and coordinate with stakeholders when required
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of investigation matters
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Law, Criminology, Security Studies, Aviation, Investigation or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant investigative experience
• Experience in aviation, airport operations, enforcement, compliance or security environment preferred
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills
• Strong report writing and interviewing experience preferred
• Able to work independently under tight timelines
