Site safety coordinator

Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.

● Prepare HSES plan for site activities and management.

● Prepare training material and conduct safety inductions and orientations for contractors.

● Ensures safety documents and issues work permits to contractors in collaboration with Project Engineer and operation.

● Ensures that site works have proper safety documents and follow correct safety procedures, conduct toolbox meetings and ensure site safety procedures are followed.

● Contribute suggestions to mitigate recurrences of incidents and accidents.

● Follow Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) when responding to emergency situations.

● Maintains site safe and clean working environment by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations.

● Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

● Proficient in Risk assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOM) methodology.
