Account Manager (Property Technology, SaaS)

We’re looking for a high-potential Account Manager to support our APAC team, working directly with the Sales team to manage and grow key client relationships. This role will provide hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, customer engagement, and account strategy execution.

You will play a critical supporting role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality engagement while helping the team drive retention, expansion, and client success outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the sales team in managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts

  • Assist with account planning, including research, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity tracking

  • Help coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions

  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (pipeline updates, client notes, activity tracking)

  • Analyse client usage, engagement trends, and identify potential risks or growth opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to resolve client needs

  • Support proposal development, renewal preparation, and commercial documentation

  • Demonstrated understanding of client business needs and MRI solutions


What We’re Looking For

  • 1 -2 years experience in Account Management gained in SaaS sales

  • Any background in Real Estate is highly regarded

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn enterprise sales and SaaS

  • Comfortable working with data, Excel, and CRM tools

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
