Provide excellent customer service by ensuring smooth dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and preparing the restaurant for service.
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and company standard operating procedures.
- Support team members and supervisors in day-to-day operational tasks as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities.
- Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
- Valid Basic Food Hygiene Cert is a plus
