JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
  • ⁠Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • ⁠Meticulous, analytical, organized, resourceful, independent, self-motivated, and thrives in challenging environments
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • ⁠Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with proven multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Mature, adaptable, and able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • ⁠Provide administrative support to the company’s internal departments.
  • ⁠Manage customer enquiries.
  • ⁠Maintain accurate records and proper filing system
  • Manage email correspondences, drafting of replies
  • ⁠General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
