- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with proven multitasking and prioritization skills
- Mature, adaptable, and able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Provide administrative support to the company’s internal departments.
- Manage customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and proper filing system
- Manage email correspondences, drafting of replies
- General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
