Job Description & Requirements

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interview, selection, onboarding)

Plan manpower requirements based on operational needs

Handle Work Pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, EP) and quota management

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy

Ensure CPF, SDL, and statutory contributions are submitted on time

Manage salary reviews, increments, bonuses, and allowances

Maintain employee records and payroll documentation
Manage staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters

Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, warning, and termination letters

Handle employee insurance, medical claims, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations

Handle audits from MOM, NEA, or other authorities when required

Manage IRAS submissions (AIS, IR21) and related reporting
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training

Maintain training records and assessment reports

Support safety and operational training programs
