Technical Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Analyst for Air Cargo Management project. This project involves the requirement analysis, development, maintenance, and enhancement of a cloud‑enabled Air Cargo Management solution for AI‑SATS/SATS, the ground handling operator at Bangalore, India, and SATS, the ground handler in Singapore. The scope includes understanding operational workflows, implementing scalable cloud-based features, optimizing cargo-handling processes, and ensuring seamless integration across both stations to support end‑to‑end cargo operations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field with 8-10 years of experience as Technical Analyst
• Analyze the current cargo‑handling processes, gather business requirements, and prepare solution proposals for the customer.
• Participate in RFP activities, including requirement analysis, solutioning, effort estimation, and creation of functional responses.
• Review proposed solutions, identify functional or process gaps, and recommend enhancements that add value to the customer’s business.
• Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and change requests to initiate and guide development.
• Coordinate with the customer, development team, and QA team to ensure alignment with requirements and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Understand customer business requirement and identified functional gaps.
• Development of new screens and report as per business requirement.
• Writing PL/SQL codes and components like packages, procedures, functions and triggers as per application requirement.
• Analyze application SQL queries to improve cost and performance of queries.
• Import and Export data from database as per application requirement
• Manage version control and code maintenance using Microsoft Visual SourceSafe (VSS).
