Industrial Property Sales & Operations Executive (RES Licensed)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Industrial Property Sales & Operations Executive to support our growing industrial property sales operation, including project launches, resale transactions, and customer management.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a mix of:

• sales support
• customer engagement
• operations coordination
• property viewings
• admin & CRM work

You will work closely with a senior sales team handling industrial properties across Singapore, including new launches and open market transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Assist in handling industrial property enquiries
• Conduct initial customer engagement and follow-ups
• Arrange appointments and viewing schedules
• Support showroom / roadshow / canteen duty
• Assist in resale and project launch viewings
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and owners

Operations & CRM

• Update and maintain CRM / Bitrix records
• Track leads, appointments, and customer follow-ups
• Assist in managing customer databases
• Coordinate internal lead assignments
• Support marketing and outreach activities

Field & Listing Support

• Visit industrial buildings to learn specifications and features
• Conduct listing inspections and photo taking
• Follow up with owners regarding pricing expectations
• Assist in sourcing and refreshing listings

Requirements

• Must possess a valid RES licence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and responsive
• Comfortable with both sales and admin work
• Willing to learn industrial property knowledge
• Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM systems, and spreadsheets preferred

• Partial basic salary + commission structure
