Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
· Brand Narrative Development: Craft and refine the Atlas Oracle brand story, emphasizing our unique affiliation with CoinMarketCap and our position as a first-party data originator. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels that highlights our core differentiators: granular configurability, the 4-layer validation framework, and the ConsensusScore mechanism.
· Competitive Positioning: Continuously monitor the oracle landscape using platforms like DeFi Llama to identify market gaps.
· Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-impact technical and business content.
2. Growth & Acquisition (TVS Expansion)
· Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Design and execute GTM campaigns tailored to our primary target segments.
· Demand Generation: Implement data-driven acquisition strategies across digital channels, social media (Twitter/X, LinkedIn). Utilize analytics to optimize conversion funnels and drive qualified leads to the Business Development team.
· Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with L1/L2 ecosystems, to establish Atlas Oracle as the preferred infrastructure provider. Develop co-marketing initiatives with integrated protocols to amplify our reach and demonstrate real-world utility.
3. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
· Sales Collateral Development: Equip the BD team with compelling materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides. Ensure the team is prepared to effectively counter objections related to incumbent dominance or speed-focused competitors.
· Product Launch Campaigns: Lead the marketing efforts for new feature releases, such as the upcoming transition to a hybrid push/pull oracle model. Translate complex technical specifications into clear, value-driven benefits for developers and protocol founders.
· Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community of developers, protocol founders, and DeFi enthusiasts. Organize AMAs, technical workshops, and hackathon sponsorships to foster grassroots advocacy and technical integration.
4. Analytics & Performance Measurement
· Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, Total Value Secured (TVS) growth.
· Market Intelligence: Utilize tools like DeFi Llama and SimilarWeb to track competitor TVS, market share shifts, and web traffic trends. Provide regular insights to the executive team to inform product roadmap and strategic pivots.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Industry Expertise: Proven experience in marketing or growth roles.
· Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful go-to-market strategies for technical products. Experience in positioning challenger brands against entrenched market leaders is highly desirable.
· Technical Fluency: Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts, such as TWAP calculations, peg validation, and cryptographic security models, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and campaign performance metrics into actionable growth strategies.
· Agility & Execution: A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
