Accounts Supervisor

The Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting for 3 companies in the group. This role requires hands-on experience with Xero, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multi F&B outlet financials in a fast-paced environment.

The location is in the HQ at Tai Seng

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Accounting Operations

• Oversee full-set accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate records in Xero
• Monitor daily sales reconciliation (POS vs accounting system)
• Review supplier invoices and ensure proper cost allocation

3. Compliance & Audit

• Responsible for GST reporting and external financial statutory audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits

3. Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide accounts team.
• Review work for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, in F&B
• Proven experience using Xero
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and financial reporting standards
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
