Band Leader – Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage band performances for live events and shows
• Coordinate rehearsals and ensure musicians are performance-ready
• Select, arrange, and organize music sets and playlists
• Provide musical direction and maintain overall performance quality
• Communicate with event organizers, clients, and venue staff
• Manage band scheduling, attendance, and performance timing
• Conduct sound checks and coordinate with audio technicians
• Ensure strong stage presence and audience engagement
• Handle on-site issues professionally and efficiently
• Foster teamwork and positive collaboration among band members
