  • Prepare all documents including Delivery Note, Packing List, Performa Invoice for import & Export.

  • Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange transportation.

  • Keep records for incoming and outgoing goods with the date in & date out, supplier name and spare parts item description, item value, weight and dimension.

  • Invoice closing after delivery.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

  • Knowledge of the spare parts import and export process, domestic and foreign express.

  • Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.

  • Experience in international forwarding, sea freight, air freight operation.

  • Fluent in spoken English

  • Excellent in English business correspondence.

  • 2 years or above working experience in foreign trade import and export operation.

  • Knowledge of MS- Office tools and ERP system.

  • Fluent in English listening, spoken, reading and written.
