About the Role
We are a Singapore-based automotive company offering car sales, trade-ins, and financial services including COE and automotive loans. As we grow, we're looking for a driven and people-first Automotive Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people — someone who listens, guides, and follows through. You'll be working with a steady stream of incoming enquiries and leads, so the focus is on converting warm interest into lasting relationships, not cold prospecting.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and enquiries across all channels (calls, messages, online platforms)
- Understand each prospect's needs and guide them through their car purchase, trade-in, or financing journey
- Follow up proactively and consistently — keeping prospects informed and engaged throughout the process
- Provide advice on our range of vehicles and financial products (COE loans, automotive loans, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress
- Bring in additional leads through your own network or initiatives (bonus — and rewarded accordingly)
Who We're Looking For
- Warm, caring, and naturally people-oriented
- Highly responsive — you take pride in never leaving a message unanswered for long
- Comfortable communicating with prospects outside of office hours when the situation calls for it
- Organised and reliable, with strong follow-through
- Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not a requirement — we value attitude and work ethic above all
- Existing automotive knowledge or a passion for cars is a plus
Compensation
We offer flexible compensation structures to suit different working styles, including a base salary + commission model and a pure commission model with higher earning potential. Details will be discussed during the interview — we believe in being transparent and finding the right fit for both sides.
