RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for daily operations
  • Support users remotely and on-site for technical issues and operational assistance
  • Perform minor hardware troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and related devices
  • Conduct 1st level network troubleshooting for connectivity and device communication issues
  • Manage system implementation, rollout coordination, and UAT testing
  • Configure and support printers, scan-to-folder/email solutions, and network devices
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments including user account management and access control
  • Manage user roles, permissions, password resets, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) configurations
  • Support SharePoint administration including access management, file sharing, permissions, and collaboration support
  • Support email account setup, SMTP configurations, and user authentication troubleshooting
  • Monitor and resolve system, workflow, and user-related issues promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors, operational teams, nurses, chefs, and management teams for system enhancements and issue resolution
  • Handle meal ordering system configurations, texture/diet updates, and order flow validations
  • Perform system checks, data validation, and post-live support to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and professional user communications
  • Support user training and provide guidance on system usage and troubleshooting
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational workflow optimization
  • Experienced in supporting healthcare and food service operational systems with high accuracy and minimal downtime
  • Capable of identifying workflow gaps and proposing practical system enhancement solutions
  • Skilled in cross-functional coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experienced in live environment support during system go-live and post-implementation monitoring
  • Able to analyze operational issues and provide quick workaround solutions under time-sensitive situations
  • Familiar with system testing, change validation, and deployment support processes
  • Involved in project coordination, system rollout planning, and implementation tracking
  • Experience supporting custom operational applications and business workflow systems
  • Assisted in testing and validating new features, menu configurations, and system enhancements before production deployment
  • Strong adaptability in learning new systems, operational workflows, and emerging technologies quickly

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Professional Diploma in Engineering Management / Computer Studies or related fields
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to manage stress well
